Product Description
Aluminium cans are usually recycled into ingots at a special 'closed-loop' plant which can be made into new cans or other aluminum products. Here, we will introduce the steps for baled aluminum cans recycling.
● 1. Pre-shredding: break up or shred the baled aluminum cans;
● 2. Secondary crushing: The shredded aluminum pieces are still very large, and need to be crushed again by a hammer crusher to further reduce the size, which is also for the carbonization process to remove paint.
● 3. Magnetic separation for iron removal: some cans may contain iron, then it is necessary to remove the iron to make sure the purity of aluminum;
● 4. Paint stripping: The paint layer is carbonized, and then go through special vibration equipment to make all the carbon particles fall off.
● 5. Melting Filtration and Ingot making.
